I found RPL Remodels after getting completely burned by another contractor. I told Rafael when he came to give me a bid I needed him to finish off a job someone else didn’t finish, plus I had a few other projects I needed done around the house (drywall repair throughout the house and painting a basement apartment). He didn’t question me or make me feel like the bad guy - just let me show him what I needed done. Working with Rafael was a complete 180 from my previous contractor. He was kind, answered all my questions/was prompt in answering texts, set up a tent to prevent dust from going everywhere with drywall repair, cleaned up after himself, and when all was said and done the jobs he did looked fantastic. He gave a competitive bid, especially with some last minute add-ons to the job, and I’m very happy with the work he did and his customer service. Hire him if you want to work with a genuine guy and have a job well done
